Not another inbox to check

What
you promised,
and to whom.

Jot down what you promised in one line, or paste your meeting notes. Rendo drafts what you need to reply, and at the time you pick it tells you what's due, who you owe it to, and since when.

No card needed to create your account. Made in Ecuador.
How you talk to it

You write to it like you would to anyone.

From your browser, your phone, or your computer. You type one line, the way you'd say it to a person. If you ask it to write to someone, it leaves the email drafted and you send it.

Each one does what it does best: one reads long documents, another writes, another decides in every message whether you're asking for something or just talking.
write to Marcela and ask her to confirm friday
I have two people who could be Marcela: Marcela Andrade and Marcela Ríos. Which one?
Andrade
I wrote to Marcela Andrade. Read it and tell me if I should send it.

how do I remind a client they're past the deadline without sounding rude
Short, with the date. Something like: "Hi Hugo, following up on the August numbers we agreed on for the 11th. Could you send them this week?" If you want, I can write it for you.
The morning summary

43 things open. Four are today.

See yours. What do you do?
Everything you've promised

43 commitments on record, between what you owe and what you're owed.

Six are due this week. Four are today.

Your Tuesday, at 7:04 AM

Overdue by 6 days
The draft complaint for Marcela Andrade
You promised it on September 9. It took you two seconds to add.
Overdue by 2 days
The documents you offered Constructora Vélez
You agreed on it in Thursday's meeting. It came from your notes.
Due today
Get back to Paulina Cordero about the contract
You set the deadline, not her.
Owed to you

Everything it does

Any given Tuesday, start to finish.

7:04 AM
Leaves you the morning summary
It lands in your email at the time you picked, with what's due today, what's already late, and who you owe it to. If something falls on a holiday, it tells you.
8:20 AM
You write down what you just promised
One line: what, to whom, and by when. If it came out of a meeting, paste your notes and Rendo suggests the list so you can check what goes in.
10:15 AM
Drafts what you need to reply
The draft is written and ready. You review it, change it if you want, and send it yourself from your Gmail. Rendo doesn't send it on its own.
11:40 AM
You see who owes what
Every person has a profile: what they owe you, what you owe them, and who tends to run late. It comes from what you logged yourself.
2:00 PM
Keeps your calendar
In the Rendo calendar you see what you have today, and it flags when two appointments overlap.
4:30 PM
Opens the chat with the message written
To the supplier, the client who hasn't paid, the restaurant for Thursday's dinner. It goes out from your number, with your name, when you tap send.
6:45 PM
You check off what you did
Done, or moved to the next business day. One tap, and it goes on that person's record.

Rendo doesn't send anything without your OK.

Rendo drafts and leaves it ready. You press the button. The only thing that goes out on its own is your morning summary, and that's for you, not for anyone else.

It doesn't delete anything or accept meetings on its own either.
And when it isn't sure about something, it asks instead of making it up.
Built for here

It knows how work gets done here.

Three of these four already work today. The court one doesn't yet: we're finishing it, and we're marking it so you don't think you already have it.

Coming soon
The clock is already running
Watching your clients' cases in Ecuador's Función Judicial and Colombia's Rama Judicial, and telling you the day a ruling is posted.
Works today
The due date is written into the invoice
When an SRI e-invoice (Ecuador's tax agency) reaches your email, Rendo reads the total and the payment terms, and suggests adding it as something you owe. Without asking for a single SRI password.
Works today
Tomorrow's a holiday
It knows when a holiday got moved and which ones are local to your city, in Ecuador and Colombia. A reminder that says "due tomorrow" when nobody works tomorrow is useless.
Works today
You decide how much of your email it sees
In Outlook it reads your inbox if you turn it on. In Gmail it only sees what you forward to it with a filter. It suggests what it finds, and if an email asks you to pay a new account, it warns you so you can confirm first.
Travel times are coming too, so it won't book two in-person meetings back to back. An assistant built somewhere else doesn't know what a docket posting means, or why the fourteenth-salary bonus is due in March in Guayaquil and in August in Quito.
And over time

A record for every person.

Every promise sits with the person it was made to. After a month you know Marcela usually delivers nine days late, and Hugo is on time.

A chat answers well today and forgets Marcela tomorrow. This doesn't.
